We called Brian because we were having an unusually high number of Palmetto bugs in the house. Some were dead, so the previous treatment was effective in some cases, but some were not. He responded to us immediately (even though he was not working that day) and got us on his schedule asap. He arrived the week after Helene and we were without power and he was so kind as to offer us one of his generators. Our power is back, but the Palmettos are not!
