Russel is an outstanding technician and ambassador for Terminix! He is very thorough, he answers questions and explains what he is doing. Before leaving, he gave a good description of what he was seeing and what he was not seeing. The Seneca Terminix office has had some very good technicians over the years and Russel is up with the best of them!
