I feel comfortable with the service person, Jason Tyner. He comes highly recommended as a trustworthy person, and that is important to me. He always lets me know what he is doing when he arrives. I like knowing that I will not find bugs in my house or yard. I also feel secure that he checks for termites.
This is the second year the same technician has performed our yearly inspection and he has been very punctual, considerate and professional. I felt comfortable allowing him inside our home which is not always the case with different technicians for different purposes.
Punctuality is really important to me and I was very pleased again this year with Terminix services. Mom of that “oh the tech will be there anytime from 8 am through 4 pm” type of thing that causes me to have to take a day off and sit around the house waiting.
