Jacob is very efficient, thorough and personable. He arrives on time and goes about his business in a professional manner. We have less bugs, but Jacob will come back if there is an issue. That is the exception but it does happen sometimes. Mostly for ant issue. He checks mouse pads and disposed of old and replaced with new.

Pierce is always on time, or if he’s going to be early or late, he calls to make sure we are aware of the change and that it’s convenient with us. I personally have never had a representative that was as courteous and punctual. We are very pleased with Pierce.
