Appointments are always at MY convenience! Technician always is on time! Inspection report is thorough. I've been in a termite contract with Terminix since 1970, and although the annual cost is creeping up constantly, it is still reasonable compared to the cost of repairing termite damage on my own.

I have been with you for 31 years. I feel that you have qualified technicians come to inspect. That gives me peace of mind. The technician stays about 25 minutes and the charge is $236 which is a lot for me. The last technician that was here said that he would call me back when he asked his boss if my statement could be lowered and he never did. I waited and waited by the 'phone to hear from him. That was disappointing.
Thank you for your years of service. Am on social security and a lowering of price would really be appreciated.
