James Reece is very thorough. He completes the regular maintenance and checks for any problems, including making sure the mouse bait stations are monitored and refilled, if necessary. He takes the time to give me a report as to what he's done and identifies any concerns. In short, I trust James completely. He is reliable and dependable, courteous and professional, friendly and respectful. He is, quite frankly, a superior individual, and I would not want to trust my home to anyone other than James. Terminex is very fortunate to have such a fine person on its staff. I have and will continue to recommend Terminex to friends and neighbors.
