First of all we have the best technician that we’ve ever had since we started years ago with the company. There is prompt service from calling the office to the arrival of our tech. He is very thorough and does the job well. Also, he is excellent on answering any questions I may have. With this being said he deserves a raise for sure. Thank you!!

Many years ago, we started using Terminex for both spraying for bugs and the termite system. Since then, we rarely see spiders or bugs in our home, and we have had complete protection from termites. The servicemen are also very nice and polite.
Now, if you could just come up with a system to control flies in the summer.....

I like the effort terminix makes to notify me of who is performing the service and when. Terminix also comes back out without additional charge if there is an issue with difficult pests.
