I like Cod, he is wonderful,, but I really dislike the women use of slang that calls to set up appointments cause she refuses to call me by my name and she calls me “Sweetie or Hun”. I am from Pennsylvania and I know it’s a southern thing but it’s annoying and it’s frankly not my name and so not professional to me.
I worked in the hospitality field for 30 years and that was a big deal to never address your customer with “pet names”, but here it’s all over . But I have asked expressed my concerns . So hopefully mentioning it here will make a difference cause asking her has not worked.
appointment was made and agent arrived right at the scheduled time. Agent performed the inspection in a very professional manner. Courteous was top of the list.
