Your tech was very knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining your service. He did a basement inspection. He was surprised to hear we have never had our basement inspected since signing up with you. If I understand correctly, that is part of the program we pay for.

We are now waiting for you to schedule the bait station inspections.

If I have said in once I will say it a thousand times, it is the field technician that are the reason I stay with Terminix.
My tech, Jason, has become a trusted advisor on what I need to keep my property and home insect and weather damage free. He has also become someone I view as a friend.
