The technicians are self reliant. I don’t feel the need to watch them or stand around to answer any questions. They come. They spray and generally do the things I need without having to ask. Take down spider webs, kill wasps and remove wasp nests. I don’t feel like I need to point these things out.
You are ALWAYS here as scheduled. And discreet about your job. And if I happen to come outside the person is ALWAYS very friendly & kind.
Before I call terminix I had a problem with mices getting into my house but after terminix came out and treat the problem there's no more mices running through my house and I'd like that. I am very likely to recommend terminix to all my friends and family.
