Clear and concise...I like that the technician over my home new my home (I just purchased it) and he worked with the previous homeowner. He was honest about previous issues and how to prevent further issues and continuation of termite bond and pest control etc...greatly appreciate that. Good communication thru texting as well regarding when the initial set up of pest control and installation of the bait around the house for the termite bond would happen etc. Overall a positive experience.
