Service has always been consistent and on time. I have never had an issue so I cannot speak to the claims process, however the preventive maintenance and inspections has always been without issue. Never having a bug issue is a good thing and goes to the preventive maintenance/inspection as action in work. The Terminix staff and field team members have always been pleasant to talk too, so based on my experiences I would recommend. My service from Terminix is for my annual Termite Bond continuation seven years running.

I like my tech Cameron and the service that he provides. He is personable, punctual and professional. I trust his work and appreciate his taking the time to listen to my concerns. Since Cameron started being my tech, I rarely see bugs scurrying outside when I turn on the light. After the previous treatment, I found one on his back right inside the door and he was dead. Only one inside in 3 months! Cameron is the best and an asset to the company.

Friendly employees. Keeps our house (in theory) from being eaten to sawdust by termites. Generally about average pricing. I suppose it's the friendly employees the most. We like the older guy that comes out. He's seen to our traps for over 10 years now. Their new guy Chris Baker was really good as well.
