I've I had the service for several years and was contemplating ending it. The turning point was the exceptional service I received during a service call with CJ Mack and Daniel Knight. Their professionalism and care went above and beyond, contrasting with previous years when the service lacked the quality and attention it should have had. I want to personally thank CJ and Daniel for their excellent customer service, which truly made a difference.
Like the professionals that they are they come in, do their inspection and go off to their next appointment. Unless I run into them in the yard I never know when they're here.

Terminix took great care of my Mom’s house for her, she didn’t worry about termites or pests. CJ made sure that the services that my Mother paid for were done as scheduled and any issues that might come up (which they never did), she knew that he would take care of them. After my Mom passed away, my husband and I bought her house and moved in over a month ago. We will continue to keep Terminix as a part of our taking care of our house as the new homeowners.
