Better than expected
Harold Lewis. If/when Harold leaves then I may need to reassess my rating. In the past when others have been assigned to my service instead of Harold the rating would have been considerably lower. The point being that Harold is exceptional. He is thorough; does not rush through the job; when he treats my property I have complete satisfaction that all will be well. I hope you know what you have in Harold and will do everything possible to keep him as a valued and rewarded member of your team.

Everyone is so nice and informative. La Shonda at the office is a great employee with exceptional service. The only thing that I had a problem with ever was my last pest control visit. I don’t remember his name but when he came to the door my son answered and I said that the apartments and the house were to be sprayed. He only sprayed outside. I didn’t realize that he had left, so when I did, I called the office and she said that she would send him back to spray inside the house and apartments. He called me first and said my son told him to only spray outside. I was sitting in the living room when he came to the door and my son told him exactly what I said. I heard him. So that is what I said to him on the phone. He said to me that he would ‘confront’ my son about it. I told him that he would not confront my son. I also had to give him the key for apartment B because the tenant was not home and he did not return the keys to me. I called the office a few days later to ask about getting them back. He told the office that he had returned the keys to me. I had to get a locksmith to change the locks.

Representatives are very well informed and know their job. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable.
The service is very expensive - I would like to see a 'gurantee' or 'warranty' in case something happens not intended or expected. But, we don't have many choices.
