The current service technician for our house in Dataw is Brandon Hutson. He is excellent. He's professional, responsible, reliable, earnest and reflects Terminix in a most positive way.
A note about something I don't like about the services. I have had Terminix at two different locations in Beaufort Country and one location at our seasonal home in Iowa. This comment is about Terminix as a company, not a comment about any local office or service technician. It is a real negative to have multiple accounts and billing for each service provided. Usually this amounts to about 4 different accounts and a wide variety of invoicing. It's a real pain to keep track of. It would be much more customer friendly to have just one account with all services included and invoicing occurring under that one account when a service is rendered or, in the event of annual billing, reflecting what's been paid for and what will be due/when it will be due.
