Quick response to inquiries but I don’t like getting a call center instead of speaking directly to a local person. Even thought they respond it still involves extra steps.

I've been a customer for over 45 yrs. I've always been able to depend on a prompt response should I need assistance and Terminix has always scheduled services at my convenience. The entire staff is cheerful and courteous. I'm a very satisfied customer!

We like the technicians that actually come out to the house to check everything. They are very thorough. We feel very comfortable that they are doing a good job. Definitely like Chris, who we now know from several years back. This annual we also met a new person (whose name I do not remember). We also like the new person. Please give them both a raise.
