Everything is good
Quick response to inquiries but I don’t like getting a call center instead of speaking directly to a local person. Even thought they respond it still involves extra steps.
I've been a customer for over 45 yrs. I've always been able to depend on a prompt response should I need assistance and Terminix has always scheduled services at my convenience. The entire staff is cheerful and courteous. I'm a very satisfied customer!
