Very professional and on time
We continue to use Terminix because of the technician performing the service. We had issues with the two proceeding technicians who were ineffective and lacked ownership and empathy for the problems we had been experiencing, It was only when Daniel started to be responsible that THE PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED AND CONTINUED TO BE NON-ISSUES since he became our professional technician. He is professional, experienced and follows up on any outstanding items, we would be hard pressed to continue with Terminix service without a partner like Daniel performing the service.
