The telephone customer service reps are always very professional, helpful, and polite. They offer auto payments, which make life much easier for me. We have them come quarterly for home services, as well as fire ants service (due to owning a dog). Their service technician is very professional, always on time for every appointment, and helpful in describing what services he is performing. We highly recommend Terminix of Bluffton!
