Our technician, KJ, is so professional and personable and always does an excellent job! He even cleans off all of the cobwebs on the outside of the house. We never see any bugs inside our house, either!

I like how we are reminded a lot to update our termite plan. I like that the inside of the house is inspected for termite activity and the thorough process to find the outdoor traps and add the deterrent. The tech was respectful and thorough. He came on time.
