Erikk ! He's very competent, professional and compassionate. He became friends with my husband who passed about 20 months ago and he always asks how I'm doing and says something nice about Bob. He has a knack for making his/your customers his friends.
In Sun City that is what the residents need.

Dale is always prompt and friendly! He takes care to make sure there’s not any bug problems and then makes sure there won’t be any bug problems.
The girls in the office are friendly and helpful also.
