Our technician, Shawn, is always taking the extra step to protect our property. Keeping an eye on the weather, he laid down an extra layer of protection outside. This past visit, he was a bit early as the appointment was scheduled for 2 pm, and I teased him about it. He said he just knew not to come early in the morning as I admittedly am not a morning person. He personalizes the visits, which is appreciated.
