Our Terminix representative is wonderful. We live in an area where there are all sorts of invasive animals and insects and our Terminix rep has advised us on handling other creatures like rodents, spiders, and more. I find that scheduling has become more difficult over time because of the large client base. For the first several years that we lived here, the process was that the office called you during the month that your service was required and there was no issue in scheduling. A few years ago, the process changed so that they email at the end of the previous month, telling you to call the office to schedule. If they emailed saying to use an online scheduling tool, that would be simple. For me, that email has gotten buried under other work and I end up getting a call from the office and having to wait until a bad time of day at the end of the month to get service. I suggest either an online scheduling tool or let the rep manage their own calendar and schedule a subsequent visit when he completes a previous visit so that the clients can get times that are convenient.
