Also, today, Renee performed the annual termite inspection inside our house in a thorough and respectful manner, while Rodney performed the inspection outside of our house and inspected the traps. We are very pleased with the service we've received since signing up with Terminix a year ago.

Mainly, I don't have bugs to deal with. The staff who have stopped at the house are 1) on time, 2) courteous, 3) listen to my concerns, 4) techs explain processes or answers my questions, 5) put 'booties' on when entering the house. Overall, they know what "customer service" IS. Thank you!
