I’ve used Terminix for years and they have always provided excellent service. They are timely and have always had great servicemen.
I would personally like to say that my current serviceman, Carl is always on time, sometimes early but never late!!! Not only that but I think he’s just a wonderful man, very kind and trustworthy.
One day a few years ago, I greeted Carl at the door when I had a terrible eye infection and as he stepped into my home he couldn’t help but see my swollen red face (due to fever in it) along with a large ball of skin in the corner of my eye. He kindly asked me what the problem was. Of course I told him it was due to an infection. He strongly suggested I go to my eye doctor immediately. I did that right after he left. My dr. made me go immediately to MUSC for a cat scan and further told me my infection could go behind my eye and if it did, it would kill me. The thing is this. Carl even returned to my home in a few weeks to check on me. Who does that?? He’s amazing and I cannot thank him enough for his continued kindness. I-mean I feel like he saved my life.
Kudos to Terminix for employing such a thoughtful and caring man. I have no idea what he’s paid but I believe he deserves a big fat raise!!!!!! I know the girls in the office think a lot of him. Who doesn’t??
