I am so pleased with Terminex! Sometimes I have to reschedule more than once due to my work and it's never a problem. I have no bugs anymore and if I did I'm free to call for a service at no charge! The techs I've had have been great. I've gotten to know them and we catch up briefly while they are at my home. I am personable and I appreciate the relationship that I have with my tech, because they are too, even if I only see them every three months! I really like my guy, his name is Mark. It's been a pleasure and I would recommend Terminex to anyone! Thank you for the great service, professionalism, and personable relations!

Terminix recently tented my house for termites. I primarily dealt with Chris and Justin. Chris has helped me for years. He was patient with me and tried to get rid of the termites without tenting the house. The spot treatment worked for some years. He’s always come to my house right away when I needed help. Both Justin and Chris were professional and thoughtful. They answered all of my questions and made suggestions about what I should do to prepare for the work.
