I am able to speak with a real person when I call the office. The staff has been very friendly, understanding, and helpful when taking care of any questions or issues I may have. We have been using Terminix since 1970.

Charles is the best. He has been doing our home for 11 years now. Very thorough, and friendly. Love to chat about football with him. Hopefully Tua can stay healthy for his Dolphins. Everything is great with the service.
