Well, my Technician was Brandon. He was so polite and personable! I learned a little about his family and shared about mine. I always looked forward to seeing him. He was great at customer service, and always listened to my concerns. Plus he totally eradicated German roaches from the home I purchased....I was mortified, haha. After over a year, it was like a friend stopping by! I just learned that he will be transferred to Summerville, though I'll miss him, it's best for him and his family! He's a really good guy!
