Our technician had to reschedule do to illness and, though he failed to let the office know, when I called they arranged for a different technician to come out and handle our service an hour later.

The on site service reps are not only professional and courteous, they are also punctual and knowledgeable. It couldn’t be any easier. Every three months they contact us to schedule a time for treatment. They come to the house when promised and a quick treatment is applied. Once a year they inspect the baiting system around the perimeter. Billing is easy. I pay online after each treatment.
Oh… and we rarely see critters. Once or twice in the last 20 years, we’ve seen a bug and when we call for a respray, there’s never a problem and it’s done quickly.
I can’t rate Terminix any higher.
