The tech that came to do the service was excellent-Collin.He took his time and ck d everywhere even the ceilings. I have never had anyone ck the ceilings only Dan Mc Dougell. He was prompt and answered my questions.

I like the fact that I am notified when it is time for service, the fact that I do not have to be home unless I want inside service, notifications when the tech is on the way and recommendations when needed and tech is always very professional and courteous
