Office calls to schedule the appointment. Then the tech calls to advise you when he will arrive. Tech is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, professional & answers all my questions. He goes right to work with the inspection, checking everything in the house, including the bathrooms, & then the garage. Goes outside & checks all the bait stations. Returns to let you know the results of his inspection.
Also offers, pest control & several different services that Terminix offers. As he leaves, reminds me to call Terminix if I have any problems. Very thorough, courteous & professional.
