Good customer service
Switching to Terminix is the best thing I've done. I like that they schedule their appointments. They don't just show up randomly. If you have a problem, they come out as soon as possible to take care of it. I also like that they send the same person out each time. I've worked with Bo the whole time and he's fantastic.
I'm reasonably well satisfied with the quarterly service and termite service I receive. The services have been such that we have avoided pest problems. Brenden has been very helpful to my wife and I when he visits us.
Service was timely
Jason reaches out, like clockwork, every quarter, for our regular service. He has always been professional, flexible with scheduling, great with communication, always on time, friendly and respectful of our home, children and animals. The service takes no time at all but he is very thorough. We have not had any pest problems that he did not address or help to get rid of. He has even come, and fit us into his schedule, when it was not our service time, to help with a critter issue. He has done that several times, over the years. I would highly recommend Terminix, and specifically Jason, to anyone who needs pest service.

My technician, Bo Way, has superior customer service skills. He not only points out issues related to pests, he lets me know when he sees something out of the norm on my property. He is extremely courteous. He knows I have two dogs and always makes sure I know when he has sprayed so my fur babies are safe.
Any company can treat for pests, but employees such as Bo make the difference. And, I never have issues with the pests!!
