Over the many years we've used Terminix as our termite company, we've generally not experienced any termite problems. However there were two separate times when we did. Termite damage occurred under our master bathroom shower and within the wood base underneath our front entrance brick steps. In both cases, Terminix quickly and completely repaired the damaged areas under the terms of our protection agreement at no cost to us. Both of these incidents occurred more than 30 years ago, and we've had no termite problems since. Thank you, Terminix!
