Bob, the technician/servicemen who looks like Aaron Rogers, was very informative, friendly, professional, and open to hearing about our concerns, along with giving us helpful feedback as far as preventive measures to keep pests away and what to do if we do have an issue. We live extremely close to a waterway which leads into a densely wooded area. We have several different types of pests we do not want in our home, but we don’t necessarily want to kill everything in our surrounding area. The Supervisor ( Irmo & Chapin) that comes out to do my quarterly inspection & pest control are incredible. I did have a bad experience this year with the company with one of the workers. Being a customer for over 10 years and experiencing one bad experience I can deal with that. But after speaking with the company it been nothing but excellent customer service like always after I requested another individual to spray my home. The 2 supervisors out of Irmo & Chapin are awesome.
