I have used the services of Terminix for both my pest control and termite protection for many years. I had a problem with German roaches last year and my tech, Ryan, came to my house within a couple of days and eradicated the entire colony. He did come back two weeks later to recheck but they we all gone. He is fabulous, and I trust Terminix to take care of me.

I am always very happy with my service with Terminix. My regular technician Doug Lea is fantastic. I am hoping he was just off for the day when my appointment was scheduled because the replacement technician was done in less than 20 minutes and I didn't even know that he left until I received a text message with my bill and looked outside to see the truck gone. He didn't seem too interested in providing a service, I'm honestly not even sure that he did anything outside. I hope that you haven't lost Doug, he is very thorough and knowledgeable and he is a credit to your company. I have the high praise and recommendation score because of the service he provides, it would be quite different if I were to base my scores on my most recent service. I would probably be looking for a different service to be honest.

Great customer service. Offers a small discount when paying yearly. There mosquito treatment is effective and makes being outdoors comfortable. And we have not had any pest concerns while using their quarterly scheduled pest control services.
