Our technician is prompt and professional with his service. This last visit on May 8th was a re-call from his quarterly visit on April 12th. We have had serious problems with the invasion of black ants- thought to be Argentine in the home and the outside area of the home. This is an ongoing problem which has yet brought the satisfaction we desire and need. He had conferred with his supervisor prior to visit; thus, the process was ramped up - treating both inside and outside. We are hopeful that in the next two weeks we will not have ongoing trails of ants inside the house. Our technician reminded us to please call him if this continues and he will return promptly for more treatment to this problem.
