A very thorough inspection with a good explanation. I appreciate the peace of mind of full coverage. One suggestion: Make sure that inspectors have booties when going under a house. Every other service person does this to keep our floors clean, but Terminix inspector did not have them so we have to clean up after.

The service has always been professional, the members are very friendly and very knowledgeabe about my needs to keep my home termite free and moisture content at a minimum. I have noticed a big difference in the quality of air in my home and the comfort level it now maintains during peak summer and winter temperatures. The encapsulation in my crawl space was definitely the way to go for my home. Customer service is great as well--I've always had my questions answered in a timely manner with all of my issues solved to my satisfaction. I would recommend Terninix and there services to my friends and neighbors any time. DEW
