I do like your service but I am curious about a letter we received 3 days after the last service on October 3.
I received a letter yesterday dated October 6 saying my service was late, even though the date of my last service according to that very letter was October 3. Can you explain why I need to schedule another service date when it has only been 10 days since my last service and only 3 days between the date of the letter and the last service date?

Jason Russell is awesome. He takes such pride in what he does and he is so knowledgable. I know he will always do a great job. And when I email for appointments I always get very quick and nice replies. It makes working with Terminix so great!
