Everyone whom I have worked with has been courteous, knowledgeable, and on time. When I had an issue with Palmetto bugs even after the service visit, there was no additional charge.

Inspectors appear to be always polite, courteous and professional. Excessive annual contract price increases is an issue, though.

My technician, Nicholas, was very friendly and helpful. He pointed out problems with the ventilation in my brick foundation and offered a great solution to fix that.
