It’s nice to have a company do what they’re supposed to do. To check for termites an under the house inspection is supposed to be done. Upon doing this a bad water leak was discovered under our house. The person doing the inspection alerted us and we were able to get a plumber out that day. What was bad could have been a nightmare if not for this.
