Anything pertaining to pest control including an annual termite bait inspection is handled in a timely, prompt, and professional manner. The entire Terminix staff are kind, courteous, understanding, and are aware of my pest control needs. Terminix always have my back when it’s time to schedule an appointment for my pest.control needs. The entire Terminix staff is truly a vital asset to this community and to the Terminix organization.

Termini’s is good about following up with me regarding my scheduled maintenance. I don’t have to remember to call them.

Our technician took the time to crawl back under the house with me to show me some rotten wood that probably indicates a leak that I didn’t k ow we had. Very nice and courteous.

This was a new Terminex Rep, this time.
He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable.
I have cats, and have always stressed about Terminex treatment.
He automatically snuffed out those fears,saying that he uses the same treatment around his three (3) cats. Wonderful.
