Your services are excellent in terms of controlling pests, and everyone I interact with in your office is polite, efficient, and handles my requests in a timely fashion. Your website is user friendly, and Lonnie the tech who usually comes out to do the quarterly service is the epitome of professionalism and kindness in a single individual. My service technician, Jason, is a great person to deliver good news and bad news (termites). I trust him with the service of my house. He actually shows up on time and goes the extra mile to inspect under the house. I wouldn't want anyone else doing it. James, the guy who checks the bait stations once a year, is absolutely professional and polite, too. Terminex has a great crew here in Columbia, SC. Thank you!!
