All technicians are personable, polite, and dependable when visiting my home to perform services. When checking in the crawl space, I had the Technician, Paul Hull, come out and get some sealant to repair a pvc drain pipe for the AC to stop a leak. He treated my home, as his when finding a problem in a very inaccessible location.
Now that’s dedication to “customer support”!

As A Veteran I have owned a lot of homes in different states and always required pest control service. By far John has been the best professional that has ever protected my home. He is very through, always on time and he takes his time and ensure things are done properly. He always puts things back the-way he found them and he provides guidnace on the seasonal pest control. John is a stellar representative for Terminix and I am not sure if I would be a customer if it wants for his superb experience and workmanship. This 10 rating and 5 Stars is because of the service John has provide for me since 2015.
I appreciate the prompt arrival when a service is scheduled. With our schedule we will be there waiting for the tech and Terminix doesnt disappoint. Some confusion of what services were due but it was easily explained. One note: I would like the same tech(s) to service our house. Three services; 3 diff techs that I need to explain the layout , the three Yorkies, etc. minor quibble

Your service people all always so courteous, professional, and prompt, but if a delay is unavoidable, they always alert me of the change in time. Also, if I should have pest problems between visits, all I need to call and I receive another visit free of charge.
