We weren't home when they first came by, but they left a hang tag on the front door. We called them and the guy came back to check inside for bugs and complete our termite renewal. Great customer service!

Generally, I am happy with the service. Simple, complete and accurate.

I added a wing on my home about 1990 attaching two bedrooms and a shop. This includes a new BR that I now use as a MB off the two new BRs combined into a new downstairs MBR. At 79, I get up about 4 to 5 AM to pee. Off and on at that time when entering the BR against the wall of the older part of my house I clearly hear a "digging" or scraping sound suggesting I have company (from small beasts). When you have time, I would like you to evaluate the space and make suggestions. I want no coumadin or similar treatment. Thanks! First name removed RissinglPhone number removed323
