I appreciate the friendliness of the technicians. Only had one issue two yrs ago and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I count on Terminix being there when (not if) we have an issue. Termites are a fact of life in the South. I hope the bait stations are 'doing their thing' so the critters stay outside (and die) vs eating us out of house and home.

Recently we had some ‘winged bugs’ in the house we were very concerned about. I made an early morning call to our Terminex office and our technician came out the same day. Fortunately the insect was identified and areas treated and it wasn’t as big a problem as anticipated.

The service is very thorough making sure to wipe out any cob web’s outside, treating inside especially around windows and doors, and under sinks. They completely treat outside as well. The technician is timely and knowledgeable. We have been with them for almost 20 years.
