The Terminix Team does an outstanding job of scheduling and they are always on time. If a change needs to me made, it is never a problem. They are willing to go beyond expectations.
They are such a resource for neighborhood critters and they also will come out and help when and if you have unwanted guests. Our technician Mike knows are yard and the critters it attracts.
He has even given me helpful suggestions to discourage problem visitors. I especially loved his suggestion to stop bagging my grass and let it reseed. Thank You Mike, it really worked. We are blessed to have these services.

My technician was so knowledgeable and professional she blew my mind! I learned more about the issues I had been facing with pests in 1 hour, than in the 13 years of paying for pest services as a home owner. I had just switched my pest service the day prior and to get a technician with so much passion for her career was a sight for sore eyes. I could tell this was not just a job for her. I left the service company pleased, informed and confident that I made the correct choice changing to Teminex!

When I call they come. The service technician was friendly, he explain everything and also informed me of other services that available. Noah did a great job he was they only one that mention me other services that Terminix offer.
