Friendly and thorough. However, the last visit was not announced/scheduled. The technician just went to my property without my knowledge, sprayed the exterior and I got an invoice.
Your techs show up on time, answer my questions, and don't get upset if I ask them to relocate a station a few inches to make mowing easier.

I have been with Terminix for 30 plus years. I started with Termite services for a infestation and they were gone in less than six months. I then went to bug problems and it was taken care of fast, inside and outside. I get my outside treatments every three months and have not even seen a bug inside for years. Excellent service and professional employees. I would recommend them to handle any problem.
