You always know exactly how to do your job, plus anytime I have any recurring pest problem -- rarely -- you still come immediately to take care of things.
Also, right now, your advice on some areas under my house which, following your annual inspection you learned are really in need of attention, you have adequately explained what needs to be done and why, plus offered a manageable payment system so I can arrange to have it done. I also know, from years of experience with your work, that you have the ability to do the work satisfactorily or, if not, you will return and make it right.
Oh, and your service people are always courteous, friendly, and prompt for your appointments.
