I've been a customer of Terminix since 2004. They treated my home site / crawl space before the house was completely built. Since then, no termites. I do have a slightly damp crawl space that they wanted to encapsulate. (Quote was way too expensive).
They come yearly to inspect the crawl space for termites. They show up relatively close to the given appointment times, are always polite, courteous, and friendly, and get the inspection done in good time.
The only negative I have is they don't offer late or weekend appointments. Since I work day, it's been a struggle getting the yearly inspection. Every year I have to take time off from work to meet their schedule. I would have given them a 10 if they offered inspections for us working class grunts who don't have the luxury of being home whenever we want.

As a long time customer, (since we built our home, here in Lugoff) , we are disappointed in the increase charge for quarterly service over the last several years. We want to stay with Terminix but may be forced to check out pricing from competition. We are on a fixed income now along with unexpected serious health diagnosis ( lung cancer) for my husband. We are having to look for ways to reduce / bills / costs.

Sometimes I might have to call before it's time for my regular service date and they never fail to send Tom out to check on my home. This company is always looking out for me. Tom and the rest of the office employees are awesome.

We have used Terminex since they bought out our old pest control service and have been very pleased with the company. There seems to be a true desire amongst the service men to provide a clear explanation of what services were performed, such as, for example, sweeping down cobwebs in corners. The men who have come to the house have been polite and clean-cut. The best thing, though, is that the new way of providing pest control, that is spraying the exterior of the property instead of coming inside with dangerous chemicals, has been a great success.
We like having a specific tech take care of our "bug needs" and are especially fond of Grant.
The people are awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind. They welcome guestions and are very forthcoming in their answers. Plus I have no more roaches!! They monitor the termite bait traps monthly and inspect the house for any problems and I know that they would let me know immediately if I have any issues. I have good faith in them and have already recommended them to others. Thanks terminex!!
