I like William the technician that services my 3 properties! He is very professional but personable. The major complaint I have ever had with Terminix is not being consistent! I want the same technician to service my 3 properties. I want to know the technician since I have pest control and termite with Terminix. I need someone who can work around my scheduling of the 3 properties since 2 are rentals.
