The representative arrived ahead of time and first asked if we had any problems, which we do not, and then discussed what he was planning to do to keep our property safe. He completed his work and discussed his findings. A potential issue of small leakage under the house caught his attention and logged it for next inspection. We had received over three inches of rain the day before. I assured him I would see. If there was any reason that water could back up in that area as the only roof gutter drain discharges in that area.
